Head Counselor/Activities Director Job Description
Qualifications
• Must be a minimum of 21 yrs
• Ability to coordinate and schedule all staff responsibilities
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in a camp setting or related practical experience working with youth, as well as relevant experience in a supervisory position
• Current CPR, First Aid certifications are a huge plus
Responsible to:
The Camp Director & Assistant Camp Director
General Responsibilities
• Attend, participate in all parts of staff orientation
• Supervise, evaluate and assist Counseling Staff, organize evening programs
• Must live on-site for the duration of camp
• Conduct and plan Norwegian Language classes
• All must meet all Counselor & Senior Counselor responsibilities
• Other duties may be assigned as needed
